Todd Phillips' (The Hangover) new flick PROJECT X is an out-of-control comedy that follows a group of friends who set out to throw the most epic birthday party ever. The film documents a wild high school party that gets completely out of hand, filmed on the party people's digital cameras. It's gonna get messy.
