Terms and Conditions – Competition to Win Marvel’s Iron Man 3 Premiere tickets.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By entering into this competition, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this competition form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail. A hard copy of these terms and conditions may be obtained by sending a request along with a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Cineworld Iron Man 3 Competition, Cineworld Cinemas Marketing Dept, Power Road Studios, 114 Power Road, London, W4 5PY

2. Participants

You must be a UK resident to participate. Participants under 18 years old may be asked for proof of the consent of a parent or legal guardian to claim any prize. The competition is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the competition.

3. How to Enter

Select your preferred cinema, allow the app to access your Facebook account and share your preference with your friends. One entry per person only will be allowed.

4. Closing Date

The closing time and date for entries is midday on 3 April 2013.

5. The Draw

The user who generates the most entries into the competition via their ‘share’ on Facebook will win prize (a) detailed in section 6 below. Five users from each of the five winning cinemas who generate the most entries via their ‘share’ on Facebook will win prize (b) details in section 6 below. The winners will be contacted directly by the prize provider or their agents to arrange prize details. Cineworld’s decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Prize

(a) The winner will receive a pair of tickets to the London Premiere of Iron Man 3. The terms of the prize are as follows:

· The tickets are not transferable to anyone other than the competition winner.

· The winner is not permitted to sell or exchange the prize to a third party.

· There will be no financial alternative.

· Travel will be provided from within the UK only.

· Accommodation will be provided

(b) The winners will receive 10 tickets each to the regional premiere of Iron Man 3 at their winning nominated cinema. The terms of the prize are as follows:

· The tickets are not transferable to anyone other than the competition winner.

· The winner is not permitted to sell or exchange the prize to a third party.

· There will be no financial alternative.

Please note that Cineworld gives no warranty or guarantee as to the quality of the prize. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside of Cineworld’s control, Cineworld reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

7. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, trading as Cineworld Cinemas (company number: 01915767, registered office: 7th Floor, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX). Cineworld Cinemas reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the law of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Data Protection

All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas’s Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website). Winners’ details will be passed to Buena Vista International and Immediate Media Co. for the purposes of administering the competition and distributing the prizes only.
