I enjoyed this too! Didn't know it was a remake either. It was not scary, but a lot of fun and very corny! 8/10
Two good films in one night, worth the journey to WIQ!

I thought it was me that it was so badly focused, and the 3D was useless, so yeah, david, I am going to complain too!

The darkness and out of focus was mentioned.
I did notice the chopped off heads but actually thought it was camera work - poor projection job in that dingy screen, whereas Friends with Benefits in the bigger screen was projected just fine.

Please complain people! Last time I complained about dodgy projection (this was an Odeon) I was fobbed off with 'we are very surprised as we haven't had any other complaints reported'. Grrrrrr.

RUBBISH! Can't review the film as i don't feel like I've seen it properly, although it's not particularly the kind of thing I would watch again. And don't get me started on how DARK it was with the 3D glasses. Just going to write a ranting blogpost instead!

Also very nice to see so many FMUKers. That back row was like jumping inside the internet.

Found out there is sequel to the original. Has anyone seen it? Do you think the will remake that one too?

Just out of curiosity, how come none of you guys stepped out of the screening to inform the projectionist?

I must say I did this many, many times when I was still living in South Africa (my home country) and over there, the guys in charge were always happy to adjust it. The only time they ever gave me flack was when I complained about the quality of the print on "Twister" (yes, I am that old) as there was nothing they could do about it.

Other than that, I've always gotten good results.

Nah, the original sequel was really bad. They definitely wouldn't use that as a template for a sequel.

This is England, mate. People here have a "mustn't grumble" attitude. ;)
3D films are always dark for me and I hadn't realised the cut off heads might be a projectionist issue. Adding to that, the ushers at WIQ are pretty useless. First you need to find one, then they need to understand what you're talking about, then they need to act.

They all look so glum, I wouldn't even want to approach one.

With these digital projections there's nothing they can do anyway once the film's started. It should have been tested before it rolled. Plus when we complained afterwards the usher was very patronizing  These multiplexes just treat customers like cattle.
