Wow, it truly did exceed expectations, I love it!
Saw it at Vue Stratford City today. Has a very subtle message. 8/10

A charming film. Nice cast, Paris looks beautiful and the far fetched plot felt believable. A delightful surprise. 8/10.

A charming film. Views of Paris could be from their tourist board. Although I say the film is charming, in another way it doesn't quite bring everything together. Good idea but could have done with being a little more developed. Owen Wilson was the best I've seen him.
I decided to use the 40% Odeon discount voucher to see this instead of Sleeping Beauty!
Preferred cinemas: Best: Glasgow Quay, Glasgow Braehead, Glasgow Renfield Street, Glasgow Fort & Paisley
Others I'd go to: Glasgow Showcase Baillieston

I saw this at a packed out screening at Swiss Cottage tonight... much fancier seats than the screenI sat through the dire Soul Surfer in. That said the ticket price was £16! As bad as in the West End. Still can't believe people p*y that. I won't even p*y that much for a blu ray.

Anywho... loved the film. Just what I needed tonight. A greatly enjoyable flick to watch. I also loved how great pains were taken to credit the cast in a way to not upset Mrs Bruni: firstly by alphabet and finally in order of appearance. Adrian Brody as Dali was a magnificent cameo... There are a few little things that prevent this from being flawless, but otherwise it's really great fun 9/10.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

I saw this using my O2 voucher and what a treat it was, although it will take some getting used to choosing my own films after years of Sky etc doing the picking!

Anyway, the movie was charming, witty, romantic, captivating and full of ideas and great lines. I left with a spring in my step humming one of the many jazz tunes with a big smile on my face.

If Real Steel made me feel like a big kid earlier in the week then this reminded me of being a teenager again when Woody could do no wrong and I watched, read, listened to and enjoyed everything I could get my hands on.

Is it up there with his best... who cares, just go along and get swept away by it all.

Decided to go see this tonight instead of The Help, but in hindsight would have preferred The Help.

I liked the concept of the film and the whole nostalgia thing, and loved the scenery which were absolutely beautiful. But even though it was a 94 mins film, i really felt it drag on and i think the story could do with a bit more work.
