Had a quick scan of your views on this and I have to say I'm really looking forward to seeing this. Saw a trailer for it at the Tin Tin screening and it did look great (Gosling, he can do no wrong by me at the moment!).

I was hoping that more previews may come up for this. I'm personally never too keen on Picture Hse previews as there tends to be an incident there to drive me mad more often than not. Glad most of you enjoyed it.

How the hell could they manage to cock-up the amount of available seats like that? And to delay the start to try to find seats for latecomers was a joke. Once it does start we get... adverts. Picturehouse and their damn adverts. If you're gonna screw the ticketing up and began the film late, drop the adverts. Just play the f**king feature.
err, we just walked up the stairs and sat down :red: I had no idea you had to get an actual ticket, there was no one around sorting stuff out. oops!
LOL. Picturehouses make you exchange your SFF printouts for proper tickets, unless you have a members' printout with a barcode on it, which they can scan at the screening room entrance.
the onlly staff there seemed to be serving coffee etc, no one on the entrance nor the screening room. I'll remember that next time :shifty:

That does explain how the allocation got f**ked up. Still no excuse for it though. Why issue people tickets when there is no one on the door to check them?

Unfortunately, didn't get in as they ran out of seats.. although I thought that showfilmfirst allocates the exact amount of seats, so a bit confused
But I guess it didn't help that I got there at 11.03, from now on will get to screenings 15min before!
I got there at 11:00hrs due to a problem I had with parking & was also upset at not being able to get in. Ditto re. getting there at least 15 mins before, it looks like we missed a good one.

We would have been at PH Greenwich at 10.30am but did not realise there was no DLR between Bank and Canary Wharf, so had to double back to London Bridge for the Jubilee Line and pick up the DLR at Canary Wharf. While on DLR, got a text from hdaniel to save her seats, as she was running late, not late as us! So texted beate.

What a rush! We managed to get there in the nick of time at 10.58am! Exchanged our tickets and was told we got the last two tickets, met at the door to the screening room, and had to show our tickets before being let in. Then had to endure 15 minutes of ads and then 5 minutes of problems with the start of the film, then just as film started properly, cliveas comes in. So a bit confused when they told us we had the last two tickets!

Wasn't sure what to expect, but really enjoyed it. It was so full of suspense from the beginning. The whole story and acting was excellent.

This must be the fourth film now I have seen with Ryan Gosling in it, and each one has been just as good.

Lovely to see c_t and hdaniel briefly too.
