Crude, obscene, outrageous and ridiculous – this is clearly a film that will divide audiences. Whilst I was familiar with all the actors, I hadn’t seen all the films/shows referenced so I am sure some of the jokes went over my head. I did laugh a few times but this was interspersed with cringing because I can’t believe the script was so disgustingly distasteful. So much comedic talent on display but some of the more famous stars were reduced to cameos (Paul Rudd had a blink and you miss it moment). I would not want to watch this again but I actually thought this was more enjoyable than The Hangover III so I would rate it 6/10.

Really, really enjoyed this and don't remember a time I've laughed so much in the cinema. The cast at Franco's house were excellent, and i particularly thought Craig Robinson was hilarious here, hopefully he gets more starring roles like this one! 9/10

I saw this last night and I am on the loved this side, I haven't laughed so much at the cinema since Ted, crude but funny, I did laugh a lot, as did my daughter. I had seen most of the films referred to in the film so maybe I understood more of the references and I knew who most of them were, though I am sure if I saw again I would pick up some 'stars' I missed it was one of those films with so many faces you cant possibly pick them all up in one showing. Although I knew I had seen Craig Robinson before the only film I could think of him in was Hot Tub Time Machine, which I also found funny. Funniest film I have seen this year, 9/10.

This seems to have divided people, but I'm firmly in the loved camp.

Like Ted it had an out there premise and just ran with it.

Some of Seth Rogen's movies can get a bit tiresome at times with all the endless rambling improv, but I didn't feel this sagged at all.

I'm sure there were plenty of in jokes I missed, but the characters of the different actors were quite clearly set up and most of the humour came from that and I never felt I was missing out from the references I didn't get.

Like someone else said crude, obnoxious, gross and very funny.

Not my type of film at all. I was tempted to walk out but thought that it might get better, it did have a few funny moments 3/10 the extra 1 is for Back Street Boys!

Saw this at Southampton thanks to ejwrank. We were first in the queue and somehow were spared the Sff versus Odeon points interrogation and allocation of seats. We actually enjoyed the film, got most of the references and thought James Franco, Michael Cera etc were jolly good sports. Yes, gory and offensive in places but still a 7/10. I have new respect for Emma Watson.

Saw this at the Holy Moly screening at Soho Hotel tonight with ritamistry, thanks Beate for passing her tickets on.

There were two screenings happening tonight, the Holy Moly screening at 6.30pm and a private screening (for the VIPs?) at 7pm with all of them in the bar next door having a really noisy time, when I arrived at 6pm. I tried to go in, but was sent to the upstairs bar. Saw the tweets afterwards:

Film was utterly crazy and hilarious! I think it will appeal to some and not to others. There were a lot of laughter in the screening room, but I am not sure if davewatts001 and his OH liked it, did not hear much laughter from them :D I may be wrong. ;)

Loved that the characters were the real actors sending themselves up! :D

8/10

Oh, we had a very brief intro from the director and stars, blink and they were gone! Here is my chance of one shot!
