I liked the film! I like that sort of far-fetched thriller. Of course don't analyse or think too much about it, otherwise you lose the enjoyment.

Nice to meet so many new faces and see the regulars again.

Was great to see so many FMUKers.
Ermmm the movie wasnt really my cup of tea. it wasnt a terrible movie, just too far-fetched and unrealistic at times for my liking. 5/10

i second that.

in times like this when i cant holiday, every film abroad is a free trip abroad (eg sumptious Italy in 'Letters to Juliet'). Cant get enough of it. And theres no airport taxes.

Roll on Unknown! Sounds a bit extreme though, not sure how you can explain the entire cast forgetting you as the movie plot...unless you asked the Adjustment Bureau to lend a hand, of course. :noo:
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

Sorry Beate, I did feel bad about queue jumping, but so wanted to chat to everyone while we waited, and there were only half a dozen people in front of milkchocmonkey when I joined her, so hope I am forgiven! :shifty: Great to meet some new faces.

I was so disappointed that we did not go into Screen 5 - which is so much nicer, but Screen 8 which is so rubbish with seats facing at an angle instead forwards towards the screen, so weird!! Luckily, there was an empty seat in front of me and milkchocmonkey, which helped me have an unobstructed view of the screen.

The film was very dramatic with the car chases etc, but I thought it was too long. I also felt a bit of deja vu as if I have already seen parts of it before, or may be I have dreamt it. Have recommended it to my friends though, even though the plot was full of holes, but Liam Neeson is worth watching and Berlin. 7/10

Ah, now I see where I went wrong.......

I thought I was meant to be seeing a phycological thriller, but within minutes of the film starting and the long camera angle on
the suitcase
at the beginning, the film was already ruined for me. I like to pick information up as I go along and to focus on one of the main clues in such a way at the very start of the film highlighted the fact that I would not have to think too much about the film from then on in. So no real thriller of suspense for me, but the acting was good. Another film that I would happily have watched at home.

Great to see everyone though. It was a real party atmosphere

6/10 for the film
10/10 for the fmuk party o/

I should have guessed that the excited crowd at the front of the queue was the FMUK party!

Despite its gaping holes and implausibility I quite enjoyed the film for what it was: an absurd action thriller with twists galore. The car chase kept me on the edge of my seat and Liam Neeson played his role well. Overall, rather watchable but easily forgettable.

Judging from what goes on this forum quite the opposite! The FMUK crowd must be the most 'going out' people in the whole country! What with so many previews, premieres, uncut screenings and exclusive invitations to attend to, noone can keep up with you lot! 8-)

Yes how do you manage to spend so much time out and about having lots of fun at screenings and shows and still manage to add so much to the forum? (Cloning taking place me thinks, yes I've seen Multiplicity and I know what you're doing!) LOL
