If you stayed till the end and before the credits where the names came up you would have seen with the girl and boy in animated form. It was pretty clever and better than the actual film.
so what did the animation show? I had to leave early to race across town to get to my second film of the night (The Birds)
I'm in the minority that liked it and found it funny and do care to hear what happened.

Decent rom-com, although I find the hyper-accelerated loquacity and the precocious self-awareness of these pre-adults forced, false, and irritating. Too close to '500 Days of Summer', which was a much better movie. The sense of place of Toronto was under-developed; it presented as an identikit North American middle-sized city.

There was little chemistry between the two leads. Radcliffe (cute, but not funny) was better than fine in ‘The Woman in Black’ and ‘Kill Your Darlings’, but lacks the stature, and is too cerebral and Milibandish, to carry off a romantic lead.

Saw this last night at Piccadilly Circus Vue. I was expecting a mediocre rom-com and it was (slightly) better that I expected. Zoe Kazan was perfect as the female lead but I couldn’t help feeling that Daniel Radcliffe was miscast as the romantic lead. I didn’t feel there was any chemistry between them. Some great shots of Toronto (I now know that they have beaches!) and Dublin. A sweet but predictable story of friends wanting to be more than friends with some genuinely funny moments. Not a brilliant movie but not a total bomb either. Pretty stupid title though – I’m sure I could have thought up a better one – or even ten better ones. 6/10 from me.

I'm in a very small minority but I actually really enjoyed this film. My expectations were extremely slow but despite its predictability I found the film charming, funny and entertaining throughout. Dan Radcliffe may not be the likeliest of romantic leads but I think he did a decent job and Zoe Kazan was incredibly cute and endearing, making me root for her whatever choice she'd make (though yes, I agree with previous posters that it really shouldn't be a contest, considering she's dating Rafe Spall). The animation at the end was gorgeous and I am glad it explained what happened to them as I felt interested enough in their story to want to know its ending.

I liked this and thought that Daniel Radcliffe was really good in the Hugh Granty rom-com role, but it is definitely forgettable and formulaic. The script could have been a lot sharper for me, and even Adam Driver (who I usually think is awesome) doesn't get many laughs.

I did not like this. At all. I thought it b*ght into some really negative cultural narratives (ignore your friends when they say they're not into you, and never give up and you'll end up happily ever after) and just found the leads quite cloying..
