This film makes you realise the craft that goes into making a good shark movie. Like Jaws for instance, every shot is crafted for effect. Not so here! NO SCENE is shot with a brain. And if you are wondering, yes, Statham does actually kill the 100 ft shark with a superdooper kung fu type move (would that he had done that in the first 10 minutes). Spoiler? Uh NO you should thank me for saving you the bother of an £18 IMAX ticket plus 2 hours of your life.
