Woohoo Well Done '65 :bighug: - That's terrific :cheer:

Well.... o/ what great results for everyone

Collectively, I calculate that to be somewhere around 15 pounds lost between us so far, and were only 2 weeks in.

I predict that we are all going to be so trim and toned for the summer. ;) :D

:shifty: You may say I'm a dreamer. But I'm not the only one. I hope some day you'll join us. And FMUK will slim as one!

 What?

Thanks for being there for us Jojo :bighug:
OMG your song  You make me smile :D

Sending you all my love Clarebarr sorry to hear that you haven't been able to leave the house.

ClareBarr wrote:Hi all, I've had a really bad week health wise & haven't even been able to leave my flat in about a week, hence no posting recently. Managed to still eat fairly healthily although body clock not good again. Trying to improve this next week!
I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having a tough time of it, Clare! :bighug: :bighug:

I hope that you're feeling a bit better now and having an easier time of it this week. :cross:

I've had several naughty episodes this week, including a memorable session with a large bag of "homemade" chocolate covered honeycomb shapes. I was tempted by these wares in the window of a fudge making confectionery emporium as I walked down the Shambles in York on Friday. Even so I've still lost a pound this week!! o/ :D

Impressive, Preston that you can indulge in such goodies and still manage to lose a pound. That looks like the kind of diet I could actually enjoy!

Well done, Preston! & thanks all for your kind comments. I managed to get out yesterday, just locally, first time I'd been out in 8 days. Never take your health for granted - it's so precious x
