Collectively, I calculate that to be somewhere around 15 pounds lost between us so far, and were only 2 weeks in.
I predict that we are all going to be so trim and toned for the summer.

I hope that you're feeling a bit better now and having an easier time of it this week.
I've had several naughty episodes this week, including a memorable session with a large bag of "homemade" chocolate covered honeycomb shapes. I was tempted by these wares in the window of a fudge making confectionery emporium as I walked down the Shambles in York on Friday. Even so I've still lost a pound this week!!

Impressive, Preston that you can indulge in such goodies and still manage to lose a pound. That looks like the kind of diet I could actually enjoy!
