Really enjoyed this film and think both BC and LG were great together. My respect for BC has gone up considerably after watching this film. Very enjoyable and a well deserved 9/10.

I went into this not knowing any of the actors/actresses and not having heard any of Lady Gaga's songs. Basically I was dragged in by the girlfriend but came out pleasantly surprised. Something like this wouldnt usually be my cup of tea but its in the same category as Bohemian Rhapsody I thought.

Split views here - girlfriend impressed and thinks has a good shot at the Oscars; self, less impressed as seemed that primarily a vehicle for Lady Gaga, although I may be being a little harsh. Decent plot although not breaking much new ground. It'll be interesting to see what, if anything Lady G does next.

Moving and tragic love story of two singers, one on the up and the other on the decline. Produced by Bradley Cooper who also co-wrote script and song compositions with Lady Gaga.

Brilliant acting and vocals by both Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, who sang the songs live.

Second viewing. Better this time round, probably as on a bigger screen, with better sound. Very watchable, and Lady Gaga was very mesmerising.

A very entertaining Q&A with Bradley Cooper afterwards. Calls Lady Gaga by her real name of Stephanie.
