I thought the film was excellent though obviously not for everyone.

Goddamn what a piece of crap. It's a flag-waving feature-length military recruitment ad that deifies a literal mass murderer.

I thought Birdman was powerfully excellent. Loved the single-take style and the swooping adventurous camera.

So pleased I plumped for this over Faces of Live.

Well I thought this stunk up the place. Obnoxious child actors, Steve Carell seriously slumming it and CGI animals. Zero effort moviemaking.

This film is outstanding. I guess if you hate Nick Cave as much as stuartboy you won't get much out of it, but even so I'd at least think you'd recognise it as a smart, well produced bit of cinema.
