Re: Not Receiving Email Alerts

Re: Spectre
OK, let me preface this by saying I'm not the biggest Bond fan, and neither do I think Daniel Craig is a good actor. But Skyfall was a great film, so I was interested to see what was next. Wish I hadn't bothered. This is one laborious movie. It harks back to those classic Bond's of Connery and Moore...

Re: London Film Festival 2015
Been quite a bit. Have seen:
High Rise - Boring
Listen To Me Marlon - Very interesting
The Assassin - Dull.
Room - Very intense
The Witch - Great first 40 minutes then no idea what to do with the rest of the film.
Brooklyn - Adored this. Funny, sweet, charming and very emotional.

Re: Sicario
Second viewing of this tonight. Confirms my first thoughts that it's the best film of the year so far.
Unrelenting tension for 121 minutes.

Re: Not Receiving Email Alerts
Yes, a small membership fee sounds like a good idea. Also my account seems to log out every day, even though I tick the box to stay logged in. It's only started doing this about a week ago. That's possibly down to your web browser. Do you have it set to clear the cache/cookies daily? No. I'm guessi...

Re: We Are Your Friends
Saw this yesterday. Terrible terrible film. Woeful storyline with secondary storylines that aren't fleshed out, and then forgotten about. Poorly filmed. The music featured is terrible. No big dance tunes that most will know - apart from the title song. Efron is OK, does what he can with a one tone r...

Re: Me & Earl & The Dying Girl
Beautiful and emotional. A wonderful film about the loss of friendship.
Big praise for Olivia Cooke (Who plays Rachel). Thought she was magnificent.
You'll laugh a heck of a lot, but be prepaid to cry as well.
