Lovely to hear from you, TheyCallMeMrGlass! Nothing like a welcome blast from the past and we do miss all your weightwatchers posts and you just generally being around. I remember seeing you last at The Curzon Mayfair and you were planning a run home and as we walked down the road you took off at a...

Re: FMUKCON - Saturday, 8 April 2017 - Leeds

Great photos, Yogi! Your morning Diane/Steve tour photos shows you all had a lot of fun while Asamaic and I were almost dying in the Parkrun! Especially like the group photo's all beaming faces reflecting what great fun we all had....but you're missing from it :( Need a really long selfie stick! Gr...

Re: Weight Watchers

If you use 220-age, that's 189. Average then was 179, max 191. It was pretty much a consistent line around 190; the average was only pulled down by the slow start due to the large number of runners. So... 100% of max heart rate. My resting rate is generally between 60 and 70. When it gets towards 7...

Re: Weight Watchers

I clocked over 27k steps on Saturday, 13k on Sunday and then today, I only managed 6k. Distinct decline. ;) I think my feet are broken. :p Very glad this is a volunteering weekend rather than a running one. A friend of mine who hits the gym regularly (but who doesn't run) was looking at my stats fo...

Re: Weight Watchers

Massive congratulations to MyLass and Asamaic on their early morning Park run in Leeds. We all definitely did our steps on Saturday - I know that Yogi clocked up 23000 steps and I went to exactly the same places so hopefully did a similar amount. I didn't actually have a pudding in Leeds ...
