Saw it at Union Square tonight and cinema was probably only 2/3 full. I absolutely loved it. Easily the best horror remake since Dawn Of The Dead in 2004. If you married this film you could have it annulled on the grounds you believed you were marrying a romantic comedy.

Definitely agree with Audition also recommend Ringu, The Shining, The Orphanage.

The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre is also rather scary but perhaps first time watchers may find it tame by today's standards.

Scariest film this year was probably Sinister or Woman In Black.

Was nice to see Michael Fassbender get a nomination for Best Supporting Actor for Prometheus from the London Critics Circle.
The movie may have split opinions but I though Fassbender was terrific in the film. Also a nice surprise to see a nomination for a science fiction film.
