Thought it was quite poor, CGI and voice acting felt incongruent, and the art cuteness of Simba doesnt translate in live action. What you see are lions, and your brain tells you they are killers not cuties. Anyway. 2 stars

I'm not sure why or how anything was happening in this movie but it was poppy enough, and better after the obvious twist (although still made no sense as to how/why anything happened, fast and loose exposition is the game plan here).

It's the last of the franchise, so there's nothing to kill. thank you for that, I think I was counting wrong as the trilogy to me was Future Past/First Class/Apocalypse, but I see thats wrong now.
