Re: Military Wives

Standard British fare. I agree though, not film worthy. Much more of an ITV drama.

Re: Little women

I saw this yesterday. I thought it was very good actually. Emma Watson is a little wooden, but the rest of The cast are excellent.

Re: The Kid Who Would Be King

This was a rather good kids film, much like a four part bbc or cbbc drama. I enjoyed it.

Re: Second Act

This was pretty poor. Presume they gave it money just for J Lo? She wasn’t worth it! Poor story , needed a better screenwriter! Ok if you switch your brain off for 90 mins.

Not a comedy. It was a drama, albeit with a lighthearted touch.

Re: Green Book

Best film I’ve seen in a long time. Excellent performances from the 2 leads. Good to see the story play out. Having road tripped through the south was delighted to see the Peabody Hotel and ththe town of Macron, Georgia - it still looks the same! I also loved the music. I will be looking online for ...

Re: Colette

Very busy Edinburgh tonight. I’d nit read anything about this so it was an interesting story. It was a bit slow and I did think Keira K was not necessary a fit throughout. I felt she was going through the motions a lot of the film, rather than engulfing herself in the role, so quite a lot if Keira i...
