So we were allowed to watch whatever film we wanted, most people opted for Final Destination ...

Re: The Interrupters

Saw this at the Everyman Hampstead did not know what to expect from this documentary but found myself on an emotional rollercoaster and asking why? why? why? so many angry people, angry for all sorts of reasons, but at the end there was hope, hope for a better future for all. 9.5/10

Quite enjoyed this movie loved the fast action and special effects. Also noticed the many similarities between this film and Project Nim. 8.5/10

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread

I was there last night and thought Emily was a good sport, no way would I get on stage to have fire flying by my head, even after getting covered by water, salt, flying balls, etc. I thought the show was poorly attended and was quite short in length, but how many items can you juggle before people g...

Re: The Devil's Double

Excellent movie - great story and fantastic acting - scary to think that the film is based on real life and the violence has been dumbed down. Great that Latif is still alive but what a life he had - so sad.

9.5/10

Re: Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Within

Another difficult film to watch, not because of the subtitles, but because of the topic of the film. After watching Project Nim, The Interrupters, The Devils Double and this film in the last 3 days I am emotionally drained by the pain and violence of these films. Taking out the violence I would give...
