Re: Introduce Yourself...
No, it's required that I read and approve your first post, that's all. Too many spam posts otherwise. :)

Re: Cinemas reopening!
Thanks for this! Strange that they all say 10th July - I was under the impression that the third phase begins on 4th July - that's definitely when my hairdresser opens! (Yes, I've made an appointment, it'll have been 22 weeks by then!)

Re: Lockdown
My downstairs neighbours had a forbidden, loud and socially undistanced party in their outdoor space yesterday, and I was fuming. People really seem to think they don't have to follow rules anymore because the government is letting a rule breaker and lier get away with it, even saying he acted respo...

Re: Lockdown
I managed an Asda delivery yesterday, but I'm not too enamoured with the process. He wouldn't bring it upstairs, the apples were missing and they always say my TV mag is unavailable, when I know for a fact it's on the shelf! So I'll have to go to the corner shop on Friday. Not going anywhere in this...

Re: Lockdown
I went to the post box in front of the post office today and saw that my favourite Chinese take away had reopened! They had plexiglass shields at the counter, hand sanitizer, big 2 m distance signage and a sign telling you to wait outside once ordered. So I got my usual, and I took loads of pictures...

Re: Lockdown
Oh Diane, that French holiday replacement is so inspiring! Did you also put your luggage on a switched on home gym treadmill and sit for a while in front of a washing machine window, pretending it's a plane window?

Re: Lockdown
Oh PXC, you should never feel guilty about posting happy or funny stuff! I have sent and received tons of Corona jokes via WhatsApp, most as pics or videos, so can't really post them here, but I think humour is important now more than ever!
