Wonder which is best, trade standards or ombudsman? Am seriously thinking of doing it. I know it's only a £10 voucher, but why should they get away with it?

Has anyone had any problems getting vouchers that was part of the deal when signing up? We were supposed to recieve a £10 Amazon voucher when we signed up, but after 4 months, we still can't get the voucher. Speaking on live chat today with them, they strongly advised to take £10 credit off our next...

Out of interest, if you knew you were to see this film on your birthday, why didn't you book tickets and reserve seats beforehand? You knew it would be busy and it was a birthday treat, surely you could have asked a parent to reserve seats for you altogether? The other people knew it would be busy, ...

Was a little disappointed with this. Loved the opening, acting was great. Jumped a few times, laughed a few times, but just felt it never really got going and then it was over. Loved the best friend, stole the show. 7/10

Much better than we were expecting. Found the film too long and could have cut some of the middle section where it sagged, but fascinating film which filled in a lot I hadn't heard about.
