I saw this today at Panton Street. Surprisingly, IDs were being checked. I was at Panton Street with a ticket from andrews (thank you again andrews!)......... obviously no ID so had to wait until 6.30 before they checked to see if seats left and let us in. They said they are always checking ID now ...

Too true what we've been saying about some London West End cinemas! The only good thing about Haymarket is that it doesn't smell like a toilet like the dreaded Panton Street. We were told that the people with 'proper tickets' were part of the production team - which would explain why they had preference to the rest of us................ as we were being told that there were no more places some guys in front had those tickets and she said 'oh you can just go in' so there ...

I too was in the queue and at the end when we were told that it was full the girl said she would send us complimentary tickets by email and took my email address. Did anyone else get told that??
