I hear lots of talk of street parties for the Royal Wedding. Alright so who's organising one?

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.

You lucky thing. That's the way to do it o/
I went on a day trip to France with a large group of friends to escape the Charles and Di nuptuals.
I would do the same for this one but it is my little grandson's 2nd birthday that day. :tears:

I think it's going to be really crowded everywhere that day in London, as it seems everyone is intend on coming out onto the streets (if the weather is good)

i don't think I am the only one doing this. My cousin who lives right beside where they building the Olympic Stadium to going to Armsterdam that weekend. OH had the long weekend off due to the wedding and bank holiday so said "We are going away, so plan something".

How inconsiderate william and Kate chosing your grandson's birthday to get married. At least you will always know the date!

What worries me is that my daughter (who coincidentally, also lives right by the Olympic Stadium) lives in a very small place and any kids birthday parties have to take place in the outdoor space between her front door and the street. If she were to have a kids party that day we could be mistaken for people celebrating the wedding.

Central London will be crazy that week so I shall deliberately avoid London in the days leading up to the wedding.

Loads of tourists are coming for the celebrations. There will be road blocks and also a possible rail strike...oh what joy...
