Well, most times I've tried to shush a talker they have created even more of a disturbance, telling me loudly to f**k off and that they'll do what they like. They don't have a problem annoying others but get terribly irritated by someone's perceived disrespect of them.

yeah I guessed right, and then someone else at the far side thinks its YOU causing the problem.
Though I would suspect someone like Vinnie Jones doesn't get the same response when he asks people to shut it.

What we mere mortals need is a more surrepticious approach.

They're far too common sadly.

I guess prats on phones and feet on seats aren't as bad as this!

The worst thing for me is when a kissing scene comes on and kids in the cinema overreact and start shouting eww. It's litterally the most annoying thing ever like omg its just a kiss Jesus.

It's not only that it shakes the row of seats but I don't want some dirty pair of trainers lolling over my left shoulder.
It seems to be happening more and more often. Yet other people seem to put up with it without saying a word.
This reminds me of my Captain Fantastic screening during the Summer.
I was seated on the very left near the stairs and throughout the movie there was a stench, very much akin to that of a dead animal.
I clutched my nostrils for what felt like all of eternity.
When the screening finally concluded and the lights came on, I looked over to my left and discovered the culprit:
a guy who'd been sitting in his flip-flops, with the his feet just mere inches away from my face.

Hygiene, people! It's important!!

That's disgusting. Actually it really pisses me off on trains and buses when people put their feet on seats. It also pisses me off when people let their young toddlers stand on seats too. What makes you think your kids' shoes aren't dirty. Shame conductors don't say anything!

When is a 'Latecomer' a Latecomer ??

When is a 'Latecomer' a Latecomer ??

I recently went to a Screening advertised as starting at 6:30 But actually started at 6:10
People were still arriving still up to 6:40
So at what point to these people become Latecomers ?

In fairness, they thought they were only 10 minutes late as they wouldn't know the film started way too early.
Most cinemas have a cut off point which can be up to 20 minutes into the film but I have seen people walk in later than that.
