Superb poetry jojoanne o/
Where is everyone I'm still being good and having breakfast at work is saving me 30 minutes and so much more relaxing. Already at work and no traffic :D
I need to fit in exercise next week.

Thanks to jojojoanne for the extra special cheerleading effort. o/

SS, you are lovely. I could do with getting rid of another stone or two. I would settle with losing another stone and working on my pacing. Having managed to run 5K non stop again, I'd like to work on running it more consistently. Then perhaps work on my time.

I found the idea of running 5K horribly scary a few years ago and yes, I am still recovering from the world's most pointless injury ever, but I can run 5K and it's not a scary distance. I wonder if one day I'll be able to up that to 10K. By one day, I don't mean anytime this year - little steps first!

One of my colleagues is b*ying herself a Fitbit because I raved about it to her! I should be a sales rep really.

Volunteering at parkrun tomorrow. I b*ght some new running gear in the sales (mainly because I accidentally left most of it at my parents' house over the New Year) so need to check it all fits. Then I need to motivate myself to run next week. I really don't want to, but I have to get back into the habit. (If the weather is OK, that is. I'm not running if it's the least bit icy.)

I'm trying to get my steps in and I'm logging everything I eat. My weight is more stable/drops when I bother to log what I eat. It's funny how making yourself accountable to yourself in that way really does have a massive impact on what you then choose to eat.

Be good this weekend everyone! o/ o/ o/

It's really great to hear about everyones plans and targets. Well done Diane and asamaic! o/ :D Well done also to Clare and great to hear that you will be back on here in 2017. :D

And..... fantastic to hear such great support from our longstanding supporters ejwrank, Sunny Saver and jojojoanne.

Loving the fantastic Poem JoJo o/ ..........Here's an update on how its been going for me back at the leisure centre during January...... after my 2 months break... :shifty:

It's Body Pump class now, but I'm finding it tough :(

where has my fitness gone? I've barely enough

to lift half what I used to, before I run out of puff. :tears:

Body Attack is probably the worst

I hate Les Mills, the guy should be cursed :p

It's all I can do to remain till the end

My legs are on fire, my knees hardly bend. :nono:

The inventor of lunges and the dreaded burpee

should be taken outside and tied to a tree.

And, Oh how I hate those Abdominal Crunches

I'll "engage my core" by eating big lunches ;)

But back in the bathroom and what do I weigh?

It's another pound lost, so all is OK o/

I'm awarding myself a blooming big Yay!! :D

Keep being good everyone :shifty: .......... and stop eating those Pringles EJ! :nono: :D
