Well done to andrews! Another success story from this thread.

As for you Diane -- what should you do now you have done all the housework, ironing etc -- hm......I guess baking a carrot cake is out of the question?

I'm stuck clearing out the garden -- moving heavy pots so that the tree guy can prune the fruit trees later in the week. I'd get you over to help if you were in London so count your blessings.

When moving those heavy pots, ejwrank, squat, push up with the legs and keep your back straight all times :) Oh and thanks for your cheerleading support, you've really given us all a boost (as well as the odd carrot cake suggestions...as a reward :D ) o/ o/

What a shame only just noticed this. I would have come over to help but I watched Sense and Sensibility instead and started to write my Christmas Cards - went out and b*ght them this morning. Also just taken 4 skirts to the local dressmaker to be taken in - what a lovely feeling. :D If I had made that carrot cake I would have been having them taken out as there is only me that would eat it - I've never made one but I can give it a go one day.

Not at all! I had some spare time on my hands and rather than bake some muffins, I distracted myself by doing the cards. At least it's out of the way now.

I've not done much prep for the baby, let alone Christmas! Gosh, perhaps I'll delegate to you Diane. I'll just send you a list of stuff I need to do!

Well done (a woman after my own heart o/ ) - I've done 50 today and will do the rest at the weekend as I'm free and I quite like writing cards but hate doing it in a rush as my writing gets scruffy hence looks like I don't care about the person who's getting the card. I put on a good film and I'm happy.

Fine consider it done except of course the giving birth bit (I'm afraid I'm unable to do that for you ;) )

Still missing everyone - I take it its because everyone is so busy training that they haven't time to come on here.
I'm ashamed to say I pigged out after the cinema last night and had another toasted bagel and 2 custard creams

Menu of the day:
Belvita biscuits and a yoghurt (300 calories)
Lentil soup and a slice of wholemeal bread plus 2 kiwi (350 calories)
http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/s ... 9390077091 (369 calories with 30 calories worth of beetroot)

It will be the exercise DVD tonight. Please come back everyone else we are missing you all. Lovely to see Anakin back (how many weeks to go?) and how fab has Andrews done o/

I will struggle to do any exercise for the next 3 days as I'm working long hours and then going straight out socialising - Wednesday is a lecture so not truly socialising.
