I have lost nothing this week. Had a couple of sagas with my Mum so didn't get home 2 nights until 10pm after leaving home at 7am for work so consequently ate chocolate as blood sugar dropped as not eaten. I thought that I was organised but had to go straight from work so didn't pop home first for a healthy meal. Genuine excuse not just me getting the munchies.

Preston1990 new week new us. Upwards and onwards.

I think it's pretty normal to have this levelling off after the first couple of weeks when, I will remind you dear Diane and dear Preston, you achieved very good weight losses. So keep with it and as jojoanne says, "Stay positive."

I am going to add a note here and promote son David's London Marathon run which I have posted elsewhere on FMUK but wanted to put it here too:

My husband Michael died last May and our son David will be running the London Marathon in his memory. He is running for St Joseph's Hospice where Michael spent the last few weeks of his life and where he received such kind care. If anyone on FMUK feels able to donate the link is:

Well done on maintaining Diane during what must have been a very testing week for you :bighug: o/

I'm sure we'll both redouble our efforts during the coming week to ensure we get back on track :D

Hi all, I've had a really bad week health wise & haven't even been able to leave my flat in about a week, hence no posting recently. Managed to still eat fairly healthily although body clock not good again. Trying to improve this next week!
