From Kings College, London
https://covid.joinzoe.com/

It's an app from Researchers at Kings College to help to slow the spread of #COVID19 and identify at risk cases sooner by self-reporting your symptoms daily, even if you feel well.

They need to get this to a lot of people fast to collect enough data to see the hidden cases.

Share the app and share your “well/ill” status so they have some data for the policy makers to work with.

fyi - tonight at 8pm

We're incredibly proud to be showing our support for all the amazing work the NHS is doing, by watching our iconic lastminute.com London Eye turn blue as part of the #ClapForOurCarers movement.

NHS workers and medical professionals up and down the country are working round the clock to help those affected by Covid-19, and we want to say a massive thank you to them for all their bravery, dedication and hard work.

Tonight, as the country applauds our NHS staff from their balconies or windows, the lastminute.com London Eye will stand tall and blue in a message of hope, gratitude and solidarity.

somewhere theres a little kid playing a week long non-stop marathon of DOOM ETERNAL on his playstation, so he has missed all news or knowledge of the lockdown.
He'll be finishing the game about now, which unlocks ULTRA-REALISTIC UBER-NIGHTMARE level, put down his headphones, walk out into deserted streets and think "ohshit. Did I do that?"

"help muuummm! i broke the world!"

I had to laugh when I read stuartboy's RIP notice that at the bottom SB has "Sometimes I just sit and think and other times I just sit" Probably that is what a lot of us are doing in these sad times. Trying to keep upbeat and motivated but it will be harder the longer this goes on and numbers rapidly increase with the virus. Keep safe everyone.

They are unbelievably selfish. I wish that they did prosecute them for breaching the rules. I really do feel so passionately about it.

Who says we are way past anything? The virus hasn't gone away, in fact cases are increasing again. We have over 1,000 confirmed cases a day again! The virus doesn't read the paper or listen to government announcements. Complacency kills.
