I put many of my clocks forward at 7pm tonight so already moved in to the 'new time' and don't feel as though I miss an hour's sleep tonight.
Preferred cinemas: Best: Glasgow Quay, Glasgow Braehead, Glasgow Renfield Street, Glasgow Fort & Paisley
Others I'd go to: Glasgow Showcase Baillieston

I work nights in certain weekends and it's a pretty good feeling when the clock jumps from 00:59 to 02:00.

That's the trick for long haul flights too - as soon as you board, put your watches at the same time as the place you going to! So you can "adjust" to the different time zones while travelling :D
