Amazing -- no diary news since January????

This may not come as news to many of you but I was pretty surprised to see that the London Haymarket cinema which was a Cineworld is now an Empire. When did that happen? Have there been any improvements or are they still plagued with mice in the basement? There is a huge sign saying all films at all times for £9.95 and for central London that is pretty good going but I'm guessing they have done little to the cinema. I only noticed this as was sitting in front of the Theatre Royal Haymarket waiting for daughter to arrive as haven't had a central London film freebie or stroll for some time.

PS Just read that Empire Leicester Square and Cineworld have swapped sites. How the mighty Empire has fallen....

My husband Michael died last May and our son David will be running the London Marathon in his memory. He is running for St Joseph's Hospice where Michael spent the last few weeks of his life and where he received such kind care. If anyone on FMUK feels able to donate the link is:

So why did the movies disappear from "free films", "wanted" and "offered"?

Obviously a new member here. I would expect much bigger and better answer from a moderator. The roll eyes emoji and overall rudeness of that post was really not necessary :)

Surely "Because the offer had expired" explains it all. What more do they need to say?

Just had to share this:

There's plenty of other stories on this site which should crack a smile.
