Not how I see it, but each to her/his own! For me it means that a late night at the theatre doesn't deprive me of quite as much sleep as usual. The earlier dawn is a bonus when walking all day, as it means fewer hours walking in the dark at the start; on the other hand, as well as having to plan a route which starts along well-lit roads, I now also have to factor in finishing up the same way. Not nice being caught out on a field path as darkness descends!

If it did not deprive you then, it did mean you got some extra sleep?? ;) But I know what you mean, my stupid body clock get ups regardless, whether I went to sleep early or late, I still get up 6 hours later! 8O

We must lead parallel lives but I'm a 7 hour girl and as soon as I have had my 7 hours I'm wide awake plus Liquorice likes his breakfast at 5am and sadly this morning it was 4am (anyone who has animals will relate to this and anyone else will think I'm mad but he is so loud) so now he is catching up with an extra hours asleep.

I don't mind the dark nights except that I can't go for walks after work. (I can but on the streets as I can't see where I'm going in the country.
