Channel 4 have a series each night this week following some of Team GB's paralympian's tonight followed the dressage hopefuls, who won gold & silver at Beijng. Both ended up with broken backs!!

Also found a gold postbox when we popped in to town today in honour of Anthony Joshua who grew up locally.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

I imagine they have a really well-timed set of sprinklers (in the hundreds) hovering above the river. Maybe not, but that's what it seemed like to me. It's located near the Aquatics Centre, I'd say directly underneath the bridge closest to the Stratford gate.
