That website has broken all sorts of url protocols by including not only an é but even an apostrophe.
Nothing we can do about that except check "Do not automatically parse URLs".
This means it wouldn't show up as a link but it will display the whole thing so people can copy and paste it into their browser...

another weird problem..

Open the image in paint, then click Image>Resize/Skew
Resize it by percentage (with the same numbers for horizontal and vertical if you want to retain the aspect ratio) and then check if it's within the allowed number of pixels (120x120) by clicking Image>Attributes
Then save and upload
