Curious login problem

I have noticed a problem with logging into this site using the new fmuk.org.uk address. Namely clicking on the link from a free films notification requires you to reenter your login details every time. Using the 174.37.162.34 address is happy to let me stay logged in. This is due to a cookie not existing for fmuk.org.uk, instead an id string is added to the web address after you login. Until its sorted my solution is to use the 174.37.162.34 address!

Yeah I'm trying to find a solution for this as I'm having a little difficulty setting up the domains...

The problem is that the log me in automatically check box is supposed to create the cookie, it isn't. Yet it works with the 174 address. Hopefully this will point you in the right direction for the solution.

I think it's connected to the domain problem. It seems that it takes a while for it to function as it should do. Once that's done it'll hopefully install cookies as it should :)

Lets hope so, but one detail I forgot to mention, the login pages are different. Perhaps forcing it to display the one that works is the solution.

OK that works but are email notifications going to send you to that address now? It seems that the other 2 addresses don't keep you logged in anymore, including the one that did last night.

Yeah, it seems it can only have one url to leave cookies etc
I'm wondering why in the email notification the board still thinks its url is that IP... I'll try to get it fixed...
