Re: Homepage
Hi again i've just spent the last 20 minutes or so getting logged out.... I've tried the log in just below steve's comment which i now know not to use but there is no log in anywhere else on that page???AYBG wrote:Ah I've found the problem - you need to be logged into the forum at the time... the board must've logged you out...
The little log in link beneath the comment field is for Wordpress - you can't use that til you've made at least one comment... there's a log in button on the right that you should use instead - that takes you back to the forum
Bit scary to double check and i'll be logged off and on for the next twenty minutes...

I get logged out whether I understand what you are talking about or not.
No difference and there is no META anywhere in my neighbourhood

Re: Homepage
I seem to have the same problem, I just get some weird Dashboard, then when I click pack on Some past previews I get
You must be logged in to post a comment. Repeat ad nauseam.
But I am logged in to the forum so that can't be it, but then, like allsinging, I don't understand much about it, all I can see is that it won't let me post on the homepage, sorry. And right now I seem to be stranded on the dashboard...

Re: Homepage
I had a right go at phunky for saying this a couple of months ago. How is that the same problem at all??Beate wrote:I seem to have the same problem
Anywho, I'm just about to add people to the Blog Contributors group. You'll be able to make posts by clicking "Site Admin" on the homepage. I've covered Bruno and Public Enemies - the latter being a good template for what you need to do. Have a look at it if you're stuck - here's how you should match it:
trailer (from traileraddict.com - copy the medium size embed code to the html tab of the posting page)
length of entry (a couple of paragraphs + trailer + screening list)
your own opinion (does the film look good to you?)
a little bit about what the film's about
when/where the screenings are
put in the Upcoming Films category
with cross-posting enabled
Who wants to do Imagine That?

In that both her and me can't seem to be able to post on the Homepage because it keeps telling us to log in? Maybe you should read what we write?AYBG wrote:I had a right go at phunky for saying this a couple of months ago. How is that the same problem at all??Beate wrote:I seem to have the same problem

Re: Homepage
No, maybe you should. MariaLionza isn't trying to post on the Homepage. She's posting in the wrong thread, yes, but there's nothing in her post to suggest that she's having anything like your problem.
