I agree - Trading Standards seems the way forward. I'm waiting for 2 x Odeon and Morrisons vouchers, both booked on the same days as above.

I am waiting for 4 lots, but 2 accounts have expired, 2 still going :shifty: I queried on one of my current accounts again today with live chat. Does only one person do the live chat as I got Kiernon again - I quoted what he told me yesterday and what I had heard from twitter and asked which was correct and he could not answer and it ended with him saying " I've raised it with a manager and there looking into it. They will get in touch with you when they resolve the problem."

The cinema tickets and the Morrison vouchers never said subject to availability. I think they will regret this as who now will sign up to p*y every month for sunperks if you are not going to get what they promise.

And they now need some negative publicity about this. Who remembers the Hoover USA air tickets fiasco? At least we are all in the same boat and can discuss. I pity the average Joe in the street who is hearing nothing.

I've also been sent a feedback questionnaire from Sun. I think I will complete it scathingly.

When I had to do the live chat rubbish to tell them why I was cancelling I told them it was because nothing they promised had arrived and if that was the case then £9 a month was enormously expensive and I wasn't interested. He told me I'd have my Odeon vouchers this week - funnily enough, I'm still waiting!

Think we should have a sun discussion thread in the general discussion. Could someone please start one as I keep getting alerts thinking there is a freebie but it's mainly chat. Thank you

This is now live - I also have a voucher spare as I clicked on the link to find out more and it downloaded the voucher and no AMT near me. PM if interested.
