McG wrote:Is anyone else having problems reading the codes inside the bags? :wall: I've been entering my codes tonight and have discovered that I've obviously written down the code wrongly and even when I've tried the change of some letters/numbers which could be other eg Z or 2, O or 0 I still can't get them right. I had tried putting on the overhead light to see if I could make them out but no better . . . I'll need to try again tomorrow in daylight! Some were very clear and easily read while others are a nightmare!
I'm annoyed at the time I've wasted opening all the packets, decanting the sweets, turning the bags inside out, writing down the codes and then re-instating the sweets to their original bags . . . only to discover that 4 of the codes are wrong! . . . and I only had 11 in total to do (in different names of course! ;) )

Never mind, I'll be happy with the free tickets! o/
I had to have the light on and use a magnifying glass!!!!

Definitely not alone. We struggled and had to get a magnifying glass to read the red print.

Has anyone had problems with their Sweet Sunday codes? I entered four successfully but when I entered the fifth, it kept saying it was invalid.
Do you think people might be guessing codes without b*ying the bags of sweets??

It is possible I guess. I tried last year by changing just one or two of the digits but had no success. Interestingly I had a couple of bags from last year that I had already used the codes of and tried them again this year - invalid. That means they don't reuse the codes either.
A bit hard to prove too if you decided to make a complaint about a dud code.

Funny enough, this code is pretty easy to read so no idea why it comes up as invalid.

Is there any chance you can only redeem a certain number of codes each day? That's probably a stupid question but I'm not savvy with this except what I read here by FMUKers -- would love to consume chocs but I'm fat enough already!

make sure you claim ticket codes by the earlier date which is weeks before the expiry date! or you will lose them (I lost a bunch for our family in the last fortnight of last year simply because they were banked codes and not 'claimed').

And they gave me nothing in recompense for it.

Oooh, now that's an idea. I did ring the helpline and told them I had entered other codes today without problem and she accessed my account without mentioning a limit.

I'll see if the code goes through later in the week and will report back.

Will do, thanks for the tip.

I hadn't realised there is a limit of two tickets.

Does that mean I just need to re-register under a different email if I want to claim more than two?
