National Antique Fair 15 - 21 November, 2010

The theme of National Antiques Week 2010 is “now is the time to b*y antiques!” and Antiquesnews and Fairs is working in partnership with Winter Olympia Fine Art and Antiques Fair and a group of media and antique dealers’ associations who will pool their resources to promote the event on behalf of the antiques trade.

The National Antiques Week campaign will demonstrate and celebrate the green credentials of antiques and what excellent value for money antiques represent when compared to similar or equivalent High Street purchases.

National Antiques Week promotes the antiques trade to the public and works to encourage a younger audience to visit antique shops and fairs.

Scroll down to the bottom and you will see the green link for the voucher.

WICKED DAY COMES TO ST PANCRAS INTERNATIONAL

WICKED, the "West End phenomenon" (The Sunday Telegraph) at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre, will be taking over St. Pancras International for its fifth annual WICKED DAY, between 12 and 4pm, on Sunday 31st October. WICKED DAY is a spellbinding day of free, family fun that gives everyone the opportunity to celebrate all things WICKED, and come together to do something good for the environment in their local community. You can expect a host of WICKED and Halloween-themed activities for all ages throughout the station, including live performances from WICKED cast members, face-painting and Monkey Workshops. Our stores will be getting involved too with story telling from the Wicked novels in Foyles and spooky film screenings in The Betjeman Arms kicking off with The Wizard of Oz.
Preferred cinemas:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.
