No thanks, ill just stick with the checklist.
The "Pick & Mix" Problem That's Hurting Property Investors (And How To Overcome It)
Hi, I'm Aran Curry!

I've been in property investment for 20 years, and to this day, I still see investors, new, and experienced making the same mistake:

b*ying properties on a whim.

I liken it to kids in a toy shop.

I don't know whether you've ever let a kid loose in a toy shop without any guidance, price limit, or rules…

But they will want everything, and anything, even if they don't need it.

It's the same with a lot of property investors!

They go out to find a b*y To Let, research 10 properties, view 5, and b*y one. It's as if they feel, just like a kid in a toy store, if they don't come out with anything, they've failed.

I'm here to urge you to stop.

Even if you've not b*ght a single property yet, and are only thinking about getting into the industry…

STOP!

Put the breaks on completely, and change your entire perspective on investing.

You'll thank yourself in the long run.

Thanks strangeways on hukd
Our £1 sale is now on! We’ve got thousands of TransPennine Express Advance p*rchase tickets at just £1 for adults and 50p for children.

These limited tickets are only available via the ‘Book Now’ buttons on this page (tpexpress.co.uk/sale), or through the TPExpress app with code ‘SALE’. But be quick – once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Book now and you can shop till you drop in Leeds, take a Tyne-side stroll in Newcastle, or rock out at a gig in Glasgow – all for less than the price of a chippy tea.
