45% off tickets to Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Shows, sponsored by Monarch
This Saturday, Telegraph readers can claim an exclusive 45% discount on tickets to the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Shows, sponsored by Monarch

With the start of the next ski season just around the corner, what better way to get in the mood for snow than at either of The Telegraph Ski and Snowboard Shows? They’re a great place to meet up with friends or enjoy with the family and Telegraph readers can save 45% by b*ying the paper this Saturday, September 7.

Ski and Snowboard Show North – EventCity, Manchester, 25-27 October 2013

Ski and Snowboard Show London – Earls Court 2, 30 October – 3 November 2013

At both shows readers will find plenty of great activities to get involved in, such as free ice skating and curling on the Monarch Ice Rink, a giant inflatable children’s slide, huskies to cuddle and the Virgin Wines Taste Experience to enjoy a bit of après-ski. In London, readers can try skiing or snowboarding for free on the indoor slope with instruction from our expert coaches whilst the little ones have a go at tubing. In Manchester, the show is on the doorstep of the Chill Factore – an indoor real-snow slope – so we’ve teamed up with them to offer great value ski or snowboard lessons at beginner or intermediate level. These must be booked in advance alongside tickets.

Whether you’re looking for a pair of skis, to book a holiday or to pick up a new jacket, there will also be plenty of retailers, brands, tour operators and holiday companies at both events. Why not head to the World Resorts Village too where you can research your next trip and discover more about ski resorts around the world. What’s more, many of these resorts are giving away 20,000 lift passes to show visitors. To claim your free pass, make sure to add a pass on during the ticket booking process.

How to claim:

Simply b*y The Telegraph on Saturday, September 7, for details on how to claim your discount.

2 for 1 tickets to Royal Opera House Live cinema season
This Saturday, September 7, Telegraph readers can book 2 for 1 tickets to see Turandot, Don Quixote and Les Vepres siciliennes

Turandot, Don Quixote and Les Vêpres siciliennes will be broadcast live from the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden to over 300 cinemas in the UK.

Turandot, broadcast on September 17, is Puccini’s passionate final opera; an exotic and savage fantasy set in ancient China, with sublime music including the famous tenor aria ‘Nessun dorma’.

On October 16, Cuban ballet star and Royal Ballet Principal Guest Artist Carlos Acosta – world famous for his performances in many lead roles – directs and dances in a vibrant new staging of Don Quixote in collaboration with award-winning West End designers Tim Hatley and Hugh Vanstone.

The Verdi bicentenary celebrations reach a grand climax this autumn with The Royal Opera’s first ever production of his first masterpiece for Paris Les Vêpres siciliennes, which will be broadcast live on November 4. Enjoy a staging that evokes the magnificence of the Paris Opéra in 1855, the year of the opera’s premiere, and some wonderful singing from a star cast.

How to claim:

Simply pick up the paper this Saturday, September 7, 2013 for your 2 for 1 voucher, and for full details and terms and conditions.
