I must say I really enjoyed this film... although the plot was flawed at times, it was neither the less a great film... tense and griping

8/10

And the cinema was 100% for a change!
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"

A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

At least you didn't have to sit in the front row tonight, stuartboy. ;)

The film started and the lights were still on for the first few minutes which is distracting but the latecomers could see where the empty seats were which was a bonus as they didn't have to stand and discuss what they were going to do.

Like stuartboy I found it hard to make out sometimes who was being shot in all the flurry of gunfire. But it had plenty of action and found it passed quite quickly. 6/10

15 mins or so of laying the foundation in terms of a storyline and then all hell breaks loose for the rest of the film.

Some ooohs & aaahs from our packed out cinema at some of the more painful scenes.

Nothing special about this film to make me want to see it again but I wouldn't have felt too bad if I'd have pa*d to see it.

Back from a very packed Glasgow Cineworld and they even used one of the bigger screen so they must had been at least 200 people. Anyhoo I loved this film. It is a typical action film and the first 10 minutes was a bit hard to follow telling the story before a mindless chase and fights.

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.

I have to agree with that. He's not very good at acting per se but, what he does, he's good at. Critics etc can put him down but he's laughing all the way to the bank.

I must watch Crank, everyone tells me to

Shepherds Bush Vue was rammed. Really good mindless fun for 90 mins. Cinema needs a Statham now and again.

The violence seemed more brutal than usual for one of his flicks - more point-blanks to the head than I can remember...

You've not seen Crank? Shame on you... that's ultimate Statham cheese, it's so bad it's brilliant!!! I'm not gonna mention the obvious scene in Chinatown :)

...and it does have a claim to fame - one of the worst endings in movie history - but you love it all the more
