The Amazing Spider Man

#1 Post by elski » Wed Jul 20, 2011 4:36 pm

I know pics have been appearing and going in the movie gossip and news thread but I thought that now there's a trailer it might be time for it's own thread. I did a search and it came up with nothing... but there might still have been an old thread, you never know. :shifty:

I saw the bootleg trailer yesterday and the film still looked good despite the poor quality!

I think it's a good teaser trailer as it gives no details about the plot but still gives a sense of the story (even though most people are familiar with Spiderman's origins). It certainly seems more dark and gritty then Sam Raimi's version. And some of the camerawork made me feel dizzy!

I thought this would be a prequel or a sequel... but from the trailer it looks like this will be just another Spiderman?!

(so that's Holywood squeezed all they could from Vampires and now they can't stop flooding us with superheroes???)

I wonder what they'll do next.

I already like it better than the 1st one, at least up until that started showing "his perspective" - it was too much like a cheap video game.

I really don't like the title :( I think Funthing? posted 'some amazing spiderman' pictures. I had a look and couldn't see anything amazing about them  I didn't realise that was the title.
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks
