Stunning! Still.
Adored it. I'm posthumously increasing my score to a whopping 12/10.
Knew nothing about this before I saw the movie when it first came out. Now I've sat by myself knowing all the words (and permitting myself a few tears too which I couldn't allow at the cinema).
Amazingly good.
Poor Gavoche.

Re: Les Misérables
Loved it too except for the adverts! I thought this was such a great film when I saw it in the cinema and usually I feel let down to watch again on a tv screen but not this time! I put the volume up and kept the light off and just wallowed in the film. I too would give this 10/10.
Preferred cinemas: Best: Glasgow Quay, Glasgow Braehead, Glasgow Renfield Street, Glasgow Fort & Paisley
Others I'd go to: Glasgow Showcase Baillieston

Re: Les Misérables
I'm the other way round. I thought it was brilliant at the cinema but not so good on TV. Sasha Baron Cohen was dreadful, Amanda S had a horrid singing voice, was it too high? Russell Crowe's singing was deffo in a register that was too high for him. I've seen him and his band many times and he can sing, honestly
However, the songs are still magnificent and you can't help singing along with them. I guess its time I booked some day seats again vx
