Sometimes it is important to watch bad film-making so that you can fully appreciate cinematic brilliance elsewhere.
"Oh, he had me at HeartMath!"....Hmmm, actually he didn't. At all. And the ridiculousness didn't end at the bad science which others have already commented upon. A few minutes of the interviews he conducted stood out on their own but ineffectively spliced with the rest of this self-indulgent garbage these served only to make me angry that he had sullied some really decent people by involving them in a film largely about the Tom Shadyac show. There are hundreds of average films I would watch above this. Hundreds.
