I do like the other Jack Ryan's films including The Sum Of All Fears which isn't in the Paramount Pictures new box set but was in the old ones.
Sean does the same accent no matter what nationality he's supposed to be! others should take note (Ewan McGregor I'm speaking to you - Keira and Ken were not bad by comparison).................

They were both doing screenings. You were probably at Odeon Greenwich?

Did not see Stuartboy or chelle 1973 so perhaps you were at Westerhailes.

Saw this at the Omni and had to p*y to park!! Just as well we did rather than risk it as warden arrived just after we left the car. Have to say agree with the others, prefer Chris Pine as Jim Kirk and Harrison Ford as Jack Ryan somehow both more believable in these roles.s

Enjoyed the scenery in Russia but like the others thought bit dated, hubby thought this was really more of a TV series. Nice to see Keira Knightly and a while since I saw Kevin costner in a film, thought they were good.

Nice to see a film as not been at many this year.

Hoping tomorrows offering will be better :cross:

Parking is free if you park on Royal Terrace after 5.30 or on the north side from Broughton Place onwards. Otherwise it's p*y parking until 6.30.

Thought that it was a poormans James Bond and Jason Bourne. Not a patch on either.

He even had the nerve to say the names Ryan,Jack Ryan at the end.

It was definitely Sinbad he is listed on IMDB. I watched an interview this morning with Chris Pine and I think he said one of the chases was filmed in Liverpool so doesnt surprise me.
Perhaps they just stuck some minarets on The Liver Building! Haha. Still if they can make Glasgow city centre into Philadelphia...

Oh well,I found it very entertaining despite the dodgy accents.

Mind you I did wonder
How the heck Ryan managed to be so damn active after spinal problems. Climbing on to the bus with a bad back today, was difficult for me!
As for the cameo, why didn't any of you spot his name in the cast list?
