On the iwanttoseebruno website, it is said that you'll be able to print your ticket again the day before the screening, so I guess they'll be sending reminder emails.anteena1 wrote:i actually managed to get tix and my name was on it. Re: Bruno
If you got genuine tickets (with your name, date and location on), then I believe it says somewhere that they will send a reminder email a day before.

Re: Bruno
Imagine if the emails aren't sent the day before. That means people would have to email those addresses on the day of the screening, and even if SFF actually read the emails they'd need to email people the links very very quickly.
The whole thing's been a mess and that's even before the screenings, where the cinemas will have a big problem getting rid of blank ticket people I'm sure.

Re: Bruno
If the ushers can be bothered at all what the tickets look like. From past experience they let anyone in so they might just let blank ticket people in next to real ticket people and once the tickets are surrendered you can't prove anymore who had real tickets - chaos programmed!

Re: Bruno
When I went to Star Trek the woman in front was able to bluff her way in with just the heat magazine (the poor usher looked bemused because everyone else had print-outs!). As it was only one person no-one was affected, but there must be so many people with blank tickets for this screening. It'll be even worse a situation if email confirmations aren't released - there won't be enough legitimate ticket holders to fill the screen, and far too many blank ticket people. I guess the only thing they'll be able to do is let in the the first x number of people, legit ticket or not, x being the number of seats available, and turn away everyone after that.
So make sure you get there early!

So should we chance it and go even without 'legit' tickets?AYBG wrote:When I went to Star Trek the woman in front was able to bluff her way in with just the heat magazine (the poor usher looked bemused because everyone else had print-outs!). LOL, yeh it will be complete madness so best not to advertise everyone go down to the cinema and create chaos lol however I might just go down to a less busy cinema and see what the situation is, however, still hoping to get tickets from the heat code when it becomes available.

Re: Bruno
The same happened to me. But I am not sure that it was a real ticket as I also did not print it. Am I right in saying that the so -called blank ones also had peoples names on until they were printed and then they printed with no name on - or have I misunderstood?anteena1 wrote:i actually managed to get tix and my name was on it.
