The Imitation Game

#1 Post by sandypiper » Fri Oct 03, 2014 3:32 pm

Under the Terms and Conditions on the ticket I have printed off it says I need to present a Cineworld Unlimited card to validate the ticket to see the Preview....Did anyone else get that message printed.

However you should have also received an email from SFF regarding this

Please note there were a few early tickets that had an incorrect Cineworld Unlimited Message on.
You will be sent a reminder before the preview, where you will get an opportunity to download your ticket without this on.

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.

That's great news, my code didn't have that on the ticket but i'm aware the other one did, glad to know it is a general admission screening after all.

Depends which code you used to get tickets, the code Yinster posted does have the unlimited card logo so may well require a card (whether they enforce it is another matter).

The code bradolfpittler posted was posted by the BFI and is for everyone.

7.30pm film Imitation Game

#6 Post by Noorjahapatel » Mon Oct 06, 2014 7:32 pm

Why have they started showing films at 7.30pm? Do you think it will be the norm compared to a 6.30pm film?

I don't think it will be the norm no.

The Guardians of the Galaxy at Cineworld was 7:30 but two amongst many I don't think is significant.

Ah but 7.30pm is outside the worst of rush hour which means its easier to get wherever.

In this very case, this is because it will be shown at the same time as the Gala screening at London Film Festival ;)
