Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
Did anyone go to watch this in Manchester today? If so, could you tell me if it was full or if a latecomer might have been admitted?

I was there, arrived at 28 mins past 10, loads of spaces, I would say it was just over half full. The Sparrow wrote:Did anyone go to watch this in Manchester today? If so, could you tell me if it was full or if a latecomer might have been admitted?

Thanks. I know someone who was running a little late and probably would have arrived dead on 10.30am or a minute or two late but turned back for fear of not being allowed in because it was full. Oh well.

I was surprised there were so many spaces as it is unusual for a saturday morning film at printworks. The Sparrow wrote:Thanks. I enjoyed the film, sure I am not the group it is aimed at but it made me laugh quite a few times, lots of familiar faces, better than I was expecting, 7/10 from me.

Re: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad
Really enjoyed this at Manchester today - wasn't expecting much and only really went to take my kids. However i found it very entertaining and funny, running time of just under 90 mins was right too.
Was surprised how empty it was considering how quickly it was sold out on Sun perks.
8/10 for me.

Well I thought this stunk up the place. Obnoxious child actors, Steve Carell seriously slumming it and CGI animals. Zero effort moviemaking.

We watched this today thanks to yogi. We really enjoyed it. It was a 'feel good movie', which was predictable (which we expected) but entertaining and funny.
