Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

#1 Post by yogi » Thu Dec 03, 2015 1:16 pm

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis' most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.

New trailer released.

Warning, this does seem to reveal quite a bit of the plot.

the new plot unfortunately does sound like the plot has completely zacked up. It looks worse than bad now. I don't know where to start with the amount of problems there are in this trailer. The worst one is that Eisenberg appears to be playing the Joker rather than Lex.

or that having
Spoiler
Show
all three take on doomsday
is a complete anti-climax because they'd stomp him combined.

its looks like we've been syndered again.

I also find doomsday such a dumbazz character. "cant be killed the same way twice, he evolves" - why do you need to kill something twice? try evolving from death.
No, I do not want to see Bad Boys, ok?

I was a little bit excited about this next superhero film, but if Ben Afleck hadn't put me on the bench the appearance of Wonder Woman just has. Hopefully the film will surpass my expectations which are currently stand about knee height.

apparently warner are considering submitting a 15cert cut, as with deadpool proving you can make crazy money with a 15cert.

and also london will get it on 35mm print, no doubt in the west end.

odeon list it as still not classified by BBFC yet. and say it could be either a 12a/15/18...

i know the R rated version is on blu ray as a "ultimate edition" but i was told uk may get that as a cinema release !!

obviously there will be digital version in cinemas that are a 12a (like "there's something about mary") but maybe the imax 70mm print version will be this unrated (15/18cert) and or the 35mm version that picturehouse should get for central london.
