This was fine. A bit too bully we're British in part, but I warmed to it as it went on. 6/10.

Just home from seeing this film. Think I was pleased not to have pa*d to see it. It was inoffensive, pleasant enough a wet Sunday afternoon viewing. Gemma Arterton help the film together. Bill Nighy had best comic moments.

Finally, got to see this!
Story of life during the Blitz, of how movies were made, and women's roles, and the changing nature of marriage. Almost a cliché Hollywood ending, but then there is a shocking twist.
An above-average British romcom, with a good cast. 7/10

I didn't know what to expect from this but quite enjoyed it. I think it's a nice lazy Sunday film which isn't a bad thing. Nighy was on good form too
