Breathe

#1 Post by KM&M » Thu Oct 05, 2017 2:05 pm

Really enjoyed this preview last night.

We weren't let into the screen until 7:15pm but free water and chocolates awaited.

A smaller screen than my local usually uses for the BFI premiere, but well attended with few free seats.

Got about half the preview footage which started at 7:45, with the film only slightly late beginning at 8:06.

As for the film I was deeply moved, especially when they visited the German Hospital, because you had at that point gotten used to the amount of freedom Robin had.

It was inspiring, funny and we'll acted by a good cast.

By the end of the film you could have heard a pin drop inside the theatre.

We saw this last week ( wed 4/10/17 7.30pm Cineworld Brighton). A powerful film of human endeavour and creativity with some poignant moments. We really enjoyed the interaction between characters and we felt their pains and joys as they strove to make a life from what had been previously regarded as a condition warranting invisibility.. A Transformative film

Saw this film as a free film. Great to get free water and chocolates. A real bonus.

A very well written and acted play showing the perseverance of the human spirit.

I truly enjoyed this touching story of love, loyalty and endurance. Andrew Garfield and Claire Foy do a wonderful job of depicting the young couple who persevere against all odds to give Robin the chance to lead as 'normal' a life as possible despite his disability.

8/10

Really good, touching movie that almost works along the same lines as Me Before You. Very emotional and heartrending moments in the film.

Greenwich Odeon was quite full and attracted various ages. 8/10

We have seen the movie in Winnersh on 19/10.
Beautiful film, deeply moving but also sweet and funny at times.
